About Glycogene
Founded in April 2019, Glycogene is comprised of a team of distinguished carbohydrate experts, enzymologists specializing in directed evolution, and specialists in nucleic acid chemistry. Our mission is to provide essential raw materials and technical support for carbohydrates, nucleic acids, and their derivatives to both domestic and international clients, utilizing advanced chemoenzymatic synthesis techniques.

Our Facilities & Team
Headquartered in Wuhan Optics Valley, Glycogene also operates an R&D center and GMP facility located in Shenzhen and Qingdao, respectively. We also have a laboratory and distribution center in the US, located at Research Triangle Park . Our workforce includes over 250 employees, among whom are 12 Ph.D. holders and more than 40 individuals with Master’s degrees. Notably, over 80% of our team possesses a Bachelor’s degree or higher. Additionally, we benefit from a seasoned multi-tiered management team.

Our core product offerings include a diverse range of specialized services, such as nucleosides and their derivatives, nucleotides (dNTPs, NTPs, and their derivatives), cap analogs, phosphoramidites (monomers, dimers, and trimers), monosaccharides, sugar nucleotides, glycolipids, and carbohydrate-active enzymes. We also provide customized product synthesis tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
